Return and Refund Policy
Preconditions:
- Fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled.
- After-sale warranty is valid for 7 days from the date you receive the parcel, as per the tracking information. (Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.)
- The product must be in original, new condition.
- Only one return per order is accepted; second returns are not allowed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for reasons such as the shoes not fitting, personal preference, late arrival, or other subjective factors.
- Make sure to provide the correct order number. Customers are responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect order number.
- If you receive the wrong item, please keep the original packaging and send us clear photos of the shoes, the shoe box, and the shipping label.
- Contact us one week after returning your shoes to confirm receipt. Refunds can only be issued within 180 days from the date the order was placed.
Steps:
- Prepare:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the shoes’ bottoms and the shoe box label.
- Contact:
- Email azadsanawan143@yahoo.com with the above information to request a refund or exchange.
- Processing:
- Your request will be handled within three business days after we receive the returned items.
Notes:
- Retain the original packaging and all related materials as evidence for us to verify the items.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- US and Canadian customers may return items to our US warehouse.
- Returns made without contacting our customer service in advance will not be accepted.
- We will provide the return address after reviewing the provided photos. Please do not return items to the address on the package.
- We offer full refunds for products that are clearly defective or damaged due to our error.
