Return and Refund Policy

Preconditions:

  1. Fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled.
  2. After-sale warranty is valid for 7 days from the date you receive the parcel, as per the tracking information. (Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.)
  3. The product must be in original, new condition.
  4. Only one return per order is accepted; second returns are not allowed.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for reasons such as the shoes not fitting, personal preference, late arrival, or other subjective factors.
  6. Make sure to provide the correct order number. Customers are responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect order number.
  7. If you receive the wrong item, please keep the original packaging and send us clear photos of the shoes, the shoe box, and the shipping label.
  8. Contact us one week after returning your shoes to confirm receipt. Refunds can only be issued within 180 days from the date the order was placed.

Steps:

    • Photos of the shoes’ bottoms and the shoe box label.

    • Your request will be handled within three business days after we receive the returned items.

Notes:

  1. Retain the original packaging and all related materials as evidence for us to verify the items.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  3. US and Canadian customers may return items to our US warehouse.
  4. Returns made without contacting our customer service in advance will not be accepted.
  5. We will provide the return address after reviewing the provided photos. Please do not return items to the address on the package.
  6. We offer full refunds for products that are clearly defective or damaged due to our error.
